Do you mind me asking what kind of beach this was? Public access? State Park? And what was the history behind it? I know when I go to Whidbey Island in the summer there are plenty of beaches to hit I just don't know the technique and what to look for in a beach. Thanks!

Washingtonian, this is a private community beach where I live. The dock was built in the early 1900's. It was originally a foot ferry dock and later widened for the car ferries. it's only used now for fishing and swimming. The best hunting is when we have at least 2.0 minus tides when you can hunt around and under the large fishing and swimming platform on the end of the dock
