My metal detecting finds have been pretty meager for the last few months so I have not bothered to post. Who would want to look at modern coins!?! 
Anybody can find that in their pocket!
Well today my findings were much better. I found a couple tokens, an old pocket knife, a few earrings, a few rings and the ever present modern coins. The one ring is 22k gold. It is stamped 916 and I had to do some research to figure out what the 916 meant.
