Changing the 9v battery on new Gold Bug question

I just received my new Gold Bug special edition. The manual does not state how to replace the battery, only where it is. The battery, a 9V, seems to fit snug and before I go prying around does anyone have experience on changing tge bat. in the new Gold Bug"s? Does it just slip out and you unsnap the connector or is it pushed up in to a stationary connector?

Help be appreciated.

The battery is just pressure fit in the compartment. Its a pretty tight fit. Lift on the bottom of the bat (left side) and it will pop out . To install place the connectors in then push forward and down on the back.
