It's a first-gen Fisher Gemini model, I'd guess very early 70's. There was a Gemini-2, and currently Fisher sells the Gemini-3. If the red boxes are all you have, then you are missing the bridge handle which connects them. The mounting holes look like they haven't changed so you could buy a G3 handle for it, but they are pricey. The G3 runs at 81kHz, not sure about the G1.
