New to SW Florida.......looking for a place to start.

Hey all,

I've been detecting since the 80's Michigan mostly, the last 6 years in Arizona for gold nuggets...... I now own a Explorer SE and a Sand Shark. I'm in Cape Coral and wanna find some good junk...... where do I start anyone looking for company on a hunt? I'm Looking forward to getting to know the area....

Greetings,and welcome to SW Florida.There should be a few people in your area (the Cape).
Don't know your area,as I'm way down the coast.Any public beach is a good place to start.
Look for crowded beaches,and hunt there.You may want to post on the beach and shallow water
forum below,as there are a number of S W Florida hunters there. Some close to you.Good luck
