WE ARE GOING TO SEYSHELLS BEACH IN PANAMA CITY FLORIDA. DO I NEED A PERMIT TO HUNT.

WHEELS1973, no there are no permit requirements to metal detect on public beaches or in the water. However, if you want to hunt in a State Park you are required to get permission from the Rangers office.
