I hunted around it years ago when it was still an orange grove, instead of big-bucks houses. It was a site that had been an old homestead that had burned. I don't remember finding much.

Remember that anything found in the lake that is man-made and over 50 years old will be illegal to even touch...and because of all the native sites around there, they do watch the area....right up until the bulldozers come in and bury everything and destroy the sites for good.

awhile back I read an environmental report on the lake from the mid 70s where they measured the sediment that had collected on the natural lakebed. It was 18 inches deep in most places due to the algae blooms and such. I wonder if anything over 50 years old would even be within reach.
I was thinking more along the lines of typical swimming hole finds that may have collected over the years in some of the more popular spots. I just got a canoe and now I can access the shallow areas from the water. Or I might just go fishing instead.
