I've been buying from Fort Bedford for a couple years now. Keith has always spent a lot of time answering questions and helping me with anything I need. I didn't think Fort Bedford could have any better customer service.... Until yesterday.
I've been wanting a new coil for my Deus for a year now, and it just released. I have a business trip in New England next week and wanted to use the new coil while I was up there. Problem was, Keith didn't have them in stock yet. Turns out he was in New England and planned on stopping by the XP US distributor yesterday. He call me from the road and told me he had my coil and was stopping by a post office and mailing it to my company address in New England so I can pick it up while I'm in the office next week. He took the time while on a personal trip, to do this for me.
I can't thank Keith enough. Truly above and beyond any normal level of customer service. Fort Bedford is a top notch company
