Here is another tooth that was found on a East Coast Florida Beach.
The measurements are length of crown, just a touch over one half inch, width of crown, just a touch under one half inch, and from the top of the crown to the top of the root, one quarter of an inch.
The photo of the top isn't the best, but I think you can see basically four points, one at each corner of the crown.
The first photo shows the length of the crown. The second shows what I would call a side, and of course the last photo shows the grinding surface. The other side (opposite the second photo) is a little different. The side goes up closer to the top of the crown. I think you probably get what I mean, if it is important at all.
From looking through some books, I think it might be a pecary tooth, but that is just a guess on my part.
