fossil or horn or just a rock?

not sure if this is a fossil a horn or a rock ..about the size of a quarter

just a rock. I see a lot of similar formations in the native limestone.

Yep. See rocks like that all over my stomping grounds. I like to use them for little zen gardens. Put a little sand in a nice picture frame and get your zen on!
