Think its a Fossil?

I've been rock hunting Lake Superior at Little Girl's Point in the UP 3 times now, found some nice corals, and then this:

I'd guess another type of coral(?), but just looks odd... Each square is .5cm (for reference)

I dont know what made the holes, but there is nothing else about it that says "fossil". The only type of fossil I can think of that could possibly be a match would be a partial jaw, but again, your shows no aspect of bone structure. I think youve just got a strange rock.

It doesn't look like a fossil to me. Perhaps it might be worked by Native Americans.
