OLD fossil..never seen one like it..help me identify!! please..:)

Actually a co-worker brought this to me because she knows I love this stuff, but I told her I would get your alls advice and opinions on how old, where it came from, and what exactly it is?!?! I can't figure it out, but we would really like to know...

My guess would be a partial trilobite. The axial lobe part of it to be exact, according to wikipedia at least... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trilobite
