    The hook with a 4-5 inch shaft looks something like a crochet hook.

    The ring with a blue stone: the stone may be either blue fire opal (Australian?) or lapis lazuli.

    The rod is a pipe cleaner and the ring settings are glass.

    Based on form, and many comparable finds, I would say it is a small gimlet that the end broke off of.
