    trade ax and bead

I went detecting last weekend with one of my friends to a spot we have been wanting to hunt for years. I didnt get anything with the detector but got a nice or what would have been a nice trade bead, its broke but im still excited about it. I found some arrowheads and pottery and a fish weight, so a good weekend for me. My friends first signal was his first trade ax, he cleaned it after these pics and got a makers mark on it dating it to the 1600's and thats when the indian village was there. He also got a nice clay pipe stem and some pottery. Cant wait to hit that spot again, the grass was tall so couldnt hunt it to good this time.
