    New post for Trade Axes

The site suggested starting a new post. Here are my two trade axes that I have on loan in our local museum. Also in the display can be seen a small gouge of some sort, ox shoe, musket lock and lead cloth seal with King George's Arms on it, perhaps used as a Peace Medallion with a reproduction to it's left.

Hey Lloydd, some killer stuff there! I never check this area out, can't seem to find that era out here in Denver.
    Don't know why.
Just started a marathon Revolutionary War home study, reading all I can, and watching any documentaries that I can lay
my hands on, and decided to check this area of TN out.
    Glad I did.

They are still getting stuff out of the lake, they, not me.
Planning to hit it tomorrow, should be warm enough.
