    Unknown Silver...

This site has produced many pieces of known trade silver. I'm assuming this too is silver. But from what? Anyone know what this piece may have been from?

Hey Nice piece, looks like trade could be from anything. They cut it all up to make what ever they needed at the time. Alot of the small pieces the holed so they could tie it on or hang it.
I dont know what they did with the pieces that dont have holes maybe they were just scraps. Guess we will never know.

The Lar Hothem book has a few silver bracelets that have that "ribbed" or "corrugated" look. Maybe it was one of them that got cut up?
Looks like you're still doing very well on that river site. The water's been too high here... I haven't gotten to my river site since the end of November.
