Any ideas about this carved chinese throne?

Recently purchases this but can find no information at all on the Internet.
It's a one piece carved tree stump, including the roots underneath.
It features a comodo dragon, turtle, rat and snake.
The only marking on it is 1528 which I presume is not the year it was produced.
