I've been finding these pieces on the river.I think I have posted some with other stuff.But I never knew what they were.Was wondering if you all run across them any.I had even gotten to where I was throwing them aside at one of my sites I've been working.Guess I'll go back and get them now.Was wondering how dumb I was. So I wanted to ask if any of you tneters know?

are they Lead?

then maybe Net sinkers appears they have Clinch Tabs for grabbing line along the sides like 60's single line sinkers which where cast @ home.

Yes they are lead.But not sinkers.The site I found one on had it valued at $350.00 to $525.00 and it sold.Think old very old!

Ok Tneters here is what they are in my opinion.And timeline goes with other stuff I have found at this place so purdy sure it is what they are.Just going to have to go back and get the other ones now.And hold on to ones in the future.It seems they are parts of molds for shot and musket balls.I have seen them in the past around to. But didn't think much about it.Makes since to me now.

Right,hear what yea saying.And about the avitar thought he was the one for me being here in Black Beard Central .Who knows them old shot and musket balls could be from some of his crew. Now that be nice.
