Man shot dead in car.

Last one was way too easy. This may be a bit more challenging.

A man was found slumped over his steering wheel with a shot to the head. This was not a suicide. The car was locked, there was no gun in the car, no evidence of anyone even being in the car, no bullet holes in the windows, door, roof, hood, trunk, etc. How?

The windows were rolled down. You said there were no bullet holes in the windows but you didn't say that the windows were up.

Either that or they shot him through the sun roof or he was in a convertible.
