ARMORED CAR ACCIDENT IN SAGINAW

ok I can't go into details, but I am researching an accident between an armored bank car and a passenger car. It was near Saginaw, MI around 1992- 2004. When I googled it I get like security armored cars, not bank ones. anyone know how to look it up?

I recall that the rear bumper of the bank car came off and hit a passenger car. It's the driver of the passenger car that I am researching. I would think it would show up in a paper.

Had a couple similar situations here in Miami years back, including one with a guy that was arrested with a metal detector.
