At a yard sale yesterday...............

This won't really qualify as a find that I will get rich off from, but at a yard sale yesterday, I was able to pick up a 5 yr old swing set, complete with slide and a seperate Little Tykes brand teetertotter for my 4 yr old daughter for 10 bucks. They were asking 10 dollars for the swingset alone, but I asked if they would give me both for the ten bucks. When I came back with my truck to pick it up, they threw in a toybox for the same money. I was so stoked I forgot to look over the rest of the lawnsale for anything else once I got to the swingset. LOL I am a newbie at this, but I will try and remember not to stop looking just cuz I am stoked by what I think is a great buy.

There are many ways to be rich and the $ isn't the best one. Hopefully this deal will bring happiness and memories that a price can't be put on. I bet your daughter thinks it's a real treasure already. Congrats on a great find!!

I agree, I was just saying that I didn't think my "find" was what people were looking to hear about, but I was so stoked I had to post. I have never been so enriched as I have in the 4 plus yrs my daughter has been alive. T.
