Gold service pins

These AMF service pins were in a box lot at a garage sale. Both are marked 14k. My question is: Are the pin mechanisms on the back 14k normally or not and will refiners take things that are enamelled like this? What is the best sales outlet Ebay/ refiner? Total weigh 5.5 grams

I bought two pins last month and both were marked 14K and the pin was also gold. They were for a very large jet builder out here Boeing I think. The 20 year tested 13.5K and the 25 tested 12K. I didn't care, got them for 25¢
