    Nice guy but

Went to a garage sale, real nice guy selling his stuff. One guy went up to the seller and asked how much for the paperback book, the seller said "50 cents", the buyer said "25 cents" the seller took the book and tossed it as far as he could, said he would not be jewed down for a 50 cent book. Well I guess that set the tone for me to becarefull about negotiating at his garage sell, bought one Item. I did not try to negotiate since the item was at a fair price and...... made of metal.

After a showig a display like that by tossing his book, I'd say, "OK, I'll go a dime, it's damaged".

I should have done that, then offered a nickle the next time since we know it will be even more damaged after a second toss.
