    flea market silver today

We went to a local flea market today. There wasn't much good stuff but there was a guy with some sterling silver. I saw some silverware and looked closer. It was all plated, mostly Rogers.
I did get a big fork of some kind by Gorman and weighted silver candlesticks by Duchin Creation and a salt shaker by Columbia. The fork is right at an ounce(t) and the other stuff comes in at over 15. So I'm assuming 10% actual silver on the weighted.
Using the dendritics calculator, I come up with about $48 on $30 invested. Not a huge gain, but not bad either.

Whatever it is, it is valuable. If nothing else for the lesson learned or simply the experience of having been there.
