    Re: Appraisals?

Appraisals are only a matter of opinion. Just because someone says an item is worth $10,000 means nothing most of the time. The best thing you can do on most items is do the research yourself. Use multiple sources and if multiple people that do not have association with each appraise you item around the same money now you have a good idea. Now before I get flamed. Here are my credentials. I am a Pennsylvania Certified Auctioneer and Appraiser with a college degree in Auctioneering and appraising. If you need a certified appraisal for insurance value or to settle an estate use a certified appaiser that can prove credentials in person. Do not waist your hard earned money on some guy online that does not have the ability to hold or touch your item.
