Lincoln (the car) presentation plate??

Picked this up at an estate sale. Logo appears to be Lincoln (as in Continental)
Any ideas about exactly what this is? Plate is translucent smokey gray in color and measures approx 8 1/2 inches across and 6 inches high.
Was inside a red velvety box.

let's see the back please, one more thing.. what do you mean "Was inside a red velvety box" did you throw the box away?

The back is exactly like the front, no additional markings. Logo visible thru the back....no additional clues there.
And no, I did not through the box away...I know better

You are likely right with your "presentation plate" idea.
