Bernard Buffet print anyone familiar?

Anyone familiar with Bernard Buffet? This is called HARBOR AT BRITTANY .. I'm not sure how much shipping is for something like this when selling on ebay. I paid 16.95 at my local thrift.. hope I can get something out of it.

Well, you probably know the stuff you can Google.

Bernard Buffet died in 1999 (born 1928)

First thing to do is to find out if it is a litho or a print of a litho.
