    Pewter plates info needed :-{)

    Hello everybody, I just picked these up for 50 cents each. Does anybody know antything about them ? The back says williamson or winston It's somenthing like that the stamp trails off and is hard to read.

    The mark is Wilton. Although commonly referred to as pewter it is actually a non toxic aluminum based alloy trademarked by the company called Armetale. I have a couple pieces myself. They don't sell too well on Ebay as they are plentiful but for .50 you can't go wrong.

    Thanks Diggummup ! I'll take them to the antique mall , should be able to sell them for $5.00 each and reinvest the $9.00 proffit
