Well, after 11 years and 435 positive feedbacks, I finally got a neutral....
No communication from the buyer at all...they just posted "no comment" and clicked neutral. Oh well, there goes my perfect record! ha...at least it doesn't impact my feedback percentage.
Keep on sellin'

See if this is a pattern in this persons feedback. If he/she does this all the time ask ebay to remove it. Don't know if they will. (remember ebay is always on the side of the buyer)

Hey Dan,
Yeah, I checked...seems they've got a feedback rating of 6, and they've left the same "no comment" feedback to everyone...I'm not worried about it...my real concern was that they had a problem with what they bought and didn't contact me...

I just received an e-mail from a buyer that said he was going to leave me neutral feedback but after I asked him to send the items back which he wanted to keep decided to leave no feedback after my persistance. Kept my record clean.
I have had one negative feedback score from a lady who demanded a full refund AND wanted to keep the item. She claimed it was broken but refused to show any photos but eBay still sided with her and kept the feedback on my record. The item was flawless when I sent it but I offered a full refund once she sent the item back. She refused and I got punished.
eBay is a total joke with ridiculous fees. Until some major player with the money and ability to compete wakes up and realizes how many people hate feeBay, we're all stuck. Someone someday will come up with a new site that will finally offer an alternative to this joke of a company.

I could not have said it better myself. There is a new auction site that could give feeBay a run but it is still too young. I always have 25-40 items up for auction but have only made two sales so far. They just need more shoppers. They are very seller friendly but have a few quirks. try www.boocoo.com

I'm always interested in new sites so thanks for the recommendation. I have an account at bonanza.com but the lack of buyers is an issue there too.
