Your going to have to take more pics that are clear an of the whole object... we need to be able to see the item as close of a pic you can get that is clear not hazy.. ok? use Micro ...

I am pretty sure it's a tobacco pipe stem. Not 100% but it sure looks like one. The cut out part is where the filter should go before it attaches to the bowl.

ITS A CIGAR HOLDER -- for folks that do not want a wet cigar stub in their mouth * the cigar goes in the big holed end and the other end is used to smoke it --it also allows the entire cigar to be smoked--- if your paying big bucks for top notch cigars ( say like a cuban or other top dollar cigar) you do not want to waste any of it.

well some folks today still use em =--but that one looks a bit older say 1950 ish by the general look of it -- I'd say -- price as little as you'll take for it and as much as they will pay for it (when those two points over lap--thats what its worth at that time and place. -)-it can vary greatly from time to time and place to place and who is dealing with it.
