    pops weekend find

my father is an avid garagesaler and garage sale attendee a couple of weekends ago he found a brass tea pot that looked like it had been made out of an old artillery shell casing. upon cleaning it he found markinks on the bottom and a year 1916. turns out it is what is known as trench art. he paid 3 bucks for it. unfortunately i can't post any pics of it because it has been sold at? you guessed it his garage sale from last friday. sold for 40 bucks. if i knew he was selling it i would have bought it. i think i have to attend more garage sales. good luck and hh
