Bored this sunday afternoon, how about helping us out?

Hey all, Red here, Chug and I have been so sick the past few days, so we haven't been able to get out to find anything, wahhhhhhhh! A dear freind of ours managed to get out to some of the local thriftshops, and had a ball!!! He found a beautiful leather jacket for $1.00, and this absolutely gorgeous plate!!!! He would like help finding out more about this plate, he paid $2.00 I believe for it, on the back it says made in occupied Japan, it's a small plate, and is in beautiful condition! He was offered $10.00 for it, and wants to know if that is a good deal, if anyone knows about the artist or anything else, we would really appreciate the help!!! Have a great day, and stay safe! Red

If he was offered $10 for it, he should take it. Millions of items were produced in Occupied Japan. There is a market for them. However a vast majority of occupied Japan items can be bought very inexpensively.

    Hey guys

    Hope your feeling better

Have to agree with diggummup, he should of took the 10 bucks. Tons of that stuff was produced during the occupation.

Just have him take a look at ebay for occupied japan items and he will get an idea.

Thanks guys, we just wanted to make sure, we don't want our freind getting ripped off, and he has such fun hitting thrift shops! We are trying to get better Jeep, Chug has been home for 4 days now, he is that sick, we may both have bronchitis. I've lost more weight from being sick, but am fighting to gain some back, Chug says I'm getting too skinny! Our freind will be thrilled with $10.00, and he can't wait to hit the next store and see what treasure's he may find! Red
