Deco Style Gas Lamp
I found this guy setting in the corner at an estate sale. I am pretty sure it is an old style gas lamp. He is missing the globe that would be the top of the torch. I paid $5.00 for him.

It is possible, but it is a threaded connector on the back for where I would think the regulator would attach to it, and on the bottom of the piece it appears to have some solder or welds from what I believe to be the line that would have went from that connector to the torch area. It definitely could easily be wired for an electric lamp.
It is definitely pretty cool looking.

Nice!, that's my kind of stuff.
My purpose is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

OMG...I am pretty sure that is a cigar lighter that would sit up on old cash registers. I saw a similar one on antiques roadshow awhile back.
Pennies: 643
Nickels: 39
Dimes: 183
Quarters: 134
Dollars: 1
Total: 1000= $61.73
