I found these items at two different garage sales this weekend. One came in a $2-bundle-buy" and is a set that each one has a sharp cutter in it.
The other is bright yellow and looks almost new. I left it in a picture with a $5 chain saw to show the scale and size. In a set of heavy steel side plates, there are plastic dished-out rollers at each chrome pin that form an arch. The upper "U-shaped" piece is welded to a heavy-duty center Piviot pin.
The seller said he "thought" it was for laying underground cable or copper tubing in deep and narrow ditches. Other than "AD Hugger" imprinted on the nylon strap, there are no markings.
Any ideas?
Thanks for you help,
Bill
