Gotta check those pockets of clothes you aquire. I once pulled a 2001 $10 Gold Eagle in a 14kt bezel out of a jacket pocket from a storage unit I bought for $70.

obviousally she is not a treasure hunter. If I found that with my metal detector the first thing I will not do is go blabbing to the media that I want to return it. I am surprised only 7 people claimed the ring.

The only things I ever find in pockets are used Kleenexes and programs from Weddings.

I like the fact that seven people have attempted to possibly claim the ring.
I know it's not mine, haven't worn designer Capri jeans in a long while.
They tend to make my a*s look too big.

I always check pockets. Found 4 dollars one time and 10 dollars another time.

Yeah and check 'em at the store. I bought a leather jacket that had some pot in the inside jacket pocket. Not all that much, but if I'd been pulled over I'm sure the cop wouldn't have believed my story

A few years ago down here, Goodwill returned a $500,000 bronze statue to the person who donated it mistakenly.
