Normally I would at least wait til I get home to take pictures, but this one is too unusual to wait.

Any ideas?

The first picture is the item next to the tire of my Nissan Quest mini-van.

The glass is painted on the inside.

It looks like a large contemporary blue mercury glass candle holder. I can see it isn't mouth blown. It isn't signed either is it?
