You still get your 150 free since the 500 promotional listings include everything up to Sept. 4. I assume you have an ebay store which is why you mentioned 150 free listings? It states "in addition to", read the last line here-

What is the promotion?Sellers ("sellers") who list in the auction-style, auction-style with Buy It Now, or fixed price formats, pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein, will pay no insertion fee per item listed ("Promotion") for up to 500 listings during the Promotion period as defined below. 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, and 30-day listing durations are included in this Promotion. The Promotion is in addition to the free insertion fee promotion for up to 50 auction-style or fixed price listings per calendar month as further described here, or any other insertion fees that you receive as part of a Store subscription described here.

You should still get your normal free listings for the month on top of the special promotion. If you go to your My eBay: Selling and scroll to the bottom of the page, it should show you Promotional Offers and where you stand on any free listings that you have remaining.
