Baught At Thrift Store Carved Wood Plaque What You Think?

Hi gang found at thrift a old wood painted Saint Nicholas carved plaque. What is inter4esting about this piece is that it has the devil in it(or kid dressed up as one) It is well done. Has a carved name bottom right Morgan. Has also carved Saint Nicholas. It is large 13x21.5 inches. I think it is a Icon type piece. Your thoughts?

Nice piece! I can't say about icon, I don't know. It would be nice if you found others (online) similar to it.

According to this website:St. Nicholas Center ::: Who Travels with St. Nicholas?
It may be Saint Nicholas, an Angel and the Devil.
They travel with Saint Nicholas and the Angel is always between the Devil and the children.
There are only halos, or rings of light, on Saint Nicholas and the Angel.
