10 karat gold pendant you can look through

I'm guessing this is antique. I've never seen anything like it it is 10 karat gold and when you hold it up to your eye and look through it you can see a picture of Jesus on the other side. It says ecce homo on the inside. Any idea what it may be called? Btw. It was 50 cents at Salvation Army.
