I don't remember if I ever posted anything on this watch before so here it goes. I got this watch more than 10 years ago and was going through some stuff and I saw it again. I held onto it because I thought it was to pretty to sell. Does anyone know what the 2 stars after the 14k are? and do these vintage Geneva watches have much value? I don't know if the stones are diamonds or not, maybe the stars after 14k mean something.
Thanks

I don't know much about watches either, but with the detail in the watch and band coupled with what looks to be a great condition piece I would imagine it's worth many hundreds. You might want to check the inside cover also. The case may be 18k gold or even platinum. I have a couple ladies watches with 14k bands but the case is higher karat gold.

I'll go out on a limb and say you have a $400-500 watch providing the rest of the band is 14k
The filigree pattern is beautiful. Does it work and keep time accurately?
Great looking watch

The name Geneva on the dial is good. I'd have that movement looked at also to see if it wasn't made by another maker for the Geneva watch co. Some times they buy a movement from makers such as Patek Philippe or Vacheron & Constantin. The movement may not even say those names on it, but it will almost always have a 3 letter code for the maker. I have a small clock that says LeCoultre on the dial, but the movement has a VXN on it that says the movement was made by Vacheron & Constantin and that makes it worth a bit more. If your watch had a famous high end watch movement such as I mentioned I would think it would be worth over a grand at least. I'll bet money those are real diamonds. It is a genuine period Art Deco piece.
