I did the exact same thing last weekend! Vintage 80s walkman, still in the blister pack, at at estate sale. Paid $5 for it, though.

Living in Rhode Island I find a lot of tarot card sets. I find them every week at yard sales and flea markets. I have never paid more than $1. I get atleast $10 per set. Last year I bought one for $1 and sold it for $137. Here's some I sold this weekend. I paid 25 cents, 50 cents and $1 for them.

Living in Rhode Island I find a lot of tarot card sets. I find them every week at yard sales and flea markets. I have never paid more than $1. I get atleast $10 per set. Last year I bought one for $1 and sold it for $137. Here's some I sold this weekend. I paid 25 cents, 50 cents and $1 for them.

I've sold several sets of Tarot cards in the past. One just recently for $12.99 plus shipping. I buy them when I find them if they are no more than a couple bucks. I actually have 3 or four decks that I need to get listed when I find the bag that they are in.

I stopped today and found this for two dollars. The lady gave me the senior center citizen discount today! I'm only 33 but she said since I was the youngest one in the store she thought it would make everybody else feel better! So it is called tru life Max. A carbon fiber ankle support. They sell for $100! Made my day!!

This last weekend I found a new hand held solitare game. Paid $1. On Amazon the lowest price was $150 used. $179 new. EBay was $50 to $100. Sold today on amazon for $129! Figured I would take the quick sale at the bargain basement 13000% profit.

I'm a little more than an hour from Salem. Its actually a cool historic place to go. I just stay away in October...too many freaks for me.

I'll bet it does attract some whack jobs around the Halloween season. The last time I found like 5 or 6 different decks at the same sale. I paid $20 for the cards and a ceramic pair of Holt-Howard type cat figurines. I sold the cats for $30 and one deck of cards for $12.99 that I already mentioned. That's why the rest of them are stashed away or put to the wayside. Bad habit of mine. By a bunch, sell a few pieces, make a small profit, put the rest on the back burner.

Jeu de tarot is a french card game played with a traditional Tarot Deck. Rhode Island is loaded with French Canadians (I married one). The only tarot deck I ever found was in Massachusetts but near the Rhode Island border.
