    Rusty Tools

I knew this yard sale would be memorable when the seller responded "dollar" when I asked the price of the Beatty cleaver.
Twenty two items for $20.00. The large socket wrench, was a one inch drive Williams , and sold for 49.95. The socket on the 3/4 inch drive breaker bar was a Snap-on and sold for $30.00. These were good quality tools: Beatty drawknife, S-K breaker bar, Proto sockets, Stanley drill bits, Plumb hammers, Ridgid bender and pipe cutter. Many sold for between 10.00 and 25.00. I thus far have kept the scale. Sorry for the photography, I took a few pictures for myself, and I didn't plan on posting these when I took them.

I bought this NAVSEA paperweight at a flea market for $1. Didn't do as well as Beachkid's, but I'm happy, sold it for $46.09.

I usually avoid Hallmark ornaments since I don't really know anything, but this new in box was at a everything's a dollar sale. Sold it for $50 and probably could have gotten more if I didn't go for the quick flip.Click image for larger version.

I bought a bunch of these for 50 cents each. I figured I would sell them as a lot. I think there were 7 seasons if I remember correctly. Instead of selling as a lot, I sold them individually for 15 to 20 dollars each.

I bought USA Miracle on Ice 1980 book for 10 cents and recently sold it on ebay for $12 netting about $8

I bought because I thought it was cool, then decided to see what I could get for it.

This was in a tub of toys for AUD $25 so I guess it counts. Everybody keep an eye out for 1990s to early 2000s electronic pets. The one attached did not have a back cover either.

Good to know. I saw one the other day & didn't bother to pick it up. Now I'm telling myself it wasn't one of the old ones....
