These are my finds for today. I am especially curious about the artillery head. I cannot find any info on it, but I think it is old. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Any advice on value would be helpful! Thanks!

Sony Recorder - Purchased for $1 - I think I can get about $20 for it on Ebay

G&W Specialty Electric Co Wiping Solder Ingot - Paid $2 - Any info on this (age/value) would be helpful.

This is my favorite find - I think it's some kind of Artillery Round/shell - Looks very old - one stamp on it that says 25 and a circle with an X i think - Paid $2

Phil Berrings Apple Bitter bottle - Paid 50cents

Monet Feather Pin/Broach - Paid $1

Monet Gold Tone Bracelet - Paid $1

Goofy Figurine - looks vintage - Paid 50 cents (also bought mickey and Donald, but didn't notice they were broke)

Jess Talcum Powder Advertising Jar - Paid $1 - Internet price is $50 to $75 in various conditions

Vintage Copper Watering Pot with Brass Lions - Paid $3

Bronze Doberman Pincher - Paid $1

Sloppy Joes Bar - Havana Cuba - Bar Photo - Looks 1940's - Paid $1

Thanks!

I am impressed by the bronze Dobie. How large is it and does it have any makers marks?

No markings, and I put a quarter on it to show size. Also, look at the close up's. I notice the bronze/brass color looks like its chipping. Could this be brass/bronze plated? If so, what kind of metal could it be? Thanks,

Love the talcum jar. That is a glass jar with a paper label, right? The apple bitters bottle is, most likely, a reproduction made by Wheaton. Look at the bottom to find out. If it isn't Wheaton, you have a real find on your hands.

Really cool stuff you found there. I'd post the artillery shell up in "what is It" forum. Be very interesting to find out what that is ?

The dog is probably bronzed spelter metal - essentially bronze plated. Doesn't mean it's not valuable, just need to associate it with an particular maker. Seems to be Art Deco era, which helps its case.

I would personally avoid the Wheaton stuff and the individually priced common costume jewelry. Otherwise, very nice finds!
