3 old mexican tribal masks

Hey guys first real post on the forums have a buddy of mine who is always on here randazzo1 recommended the site to me. Just started hitting the garage sales to sell and found some interesting old tribal masks that i purchased for a song. Have tentatively identified them as mexican but really know nothing more about them. Not sure if they are tourist pieces or actual tribal ritual masks. The one with the horse hair as an old note on the back written in spanish so if anyone can translate that would be awesome. I used google translate but didnt yield much. Perhaps its slang or some spanish derivative. Anyway here they are:
