Got these in a box at a yard sell.could someone tell me what unit they are ? or anything about them ? on the one I do not evan know what country it is from. also on the lighter I can not find another one ,to find a price range to list it for any help would be great. Thank you

Consul is a mid range watchmaker, if that helps. Possibly a promotional or add-on item.

It's for the Rotterdam Lloyd shipping company. Looks like an older one. Probably dates to WW2 era. Rotterdamsche Lloyd (The Netherlands) scroll down to the second flag.
