Help with id???!! 800/HAE hallmarks...

I got these in a lot I bought last evening. Clearly marked 800 on one side of the item and with a hallmark of HAE on the other... I've checked into them a bit but have found nothing on them. The box they were in has jade cocktail squars wrote (handwritten) on it??
