Silver Vase. I'm thinking Asian ??.

I'm on the road for the weekend and don't have allot of time to hunt for treasure this trip, but I was able to hit this small town in Montana. I found this little vase in an old dusty little junk shop and it had no price on it. I asked the old fella what the heck he wanted for this very interesting little vase. He looked it over and said how about $17.00? I told him he has a deal and didn't dicker with him. I'm fairly positive that it's solid silver and not plated. It is a bit beat up, but was a well made hefty little piece. I'm hoping the mark is Chinese, as I'm not sure where this mark is from. I'll do some more investigation and a test on it when I get home next week.

That is a nice looking vase. Assuming it is silver, it's a really great find. I'm definitely not an expert, but that mark does not looks Chinese or Japanese to me. If I had to guess, I would say Korean. Again, I am not an expert. Let us know what you find out.
