It's hard to say. The color looks right, but I think the non-magnetic meteorites are less common. Did u happen to notice any other items at the estate sale? Maybe this would give you some idea if (s)he was a collector.

No such luck.... It was a "Living Estate Sale", but one of the family members in charge of that area said that a lot of things were from his uncle that had died years ago. Thanks for looking.
