I think somebody on the site's gonna love this thing and it's for sale too if anyone's interested... I haven't even looked it up yet it's coming right to you guys to view first. This was at Salvation Army for $10 today. I've never seen one like it so I had to buy it! 1979 whites metal detector...































And looks almost brand-new and has all the paperwork with it... Along with a pair of headphones as well.

i like the headphones ...do they work ? if they do i might buy !but they got to be stereo , mono won`t work with my tector.

Yes some were using that model detector back when i remember them they were good detectors .. There is a "whites metal detector & coin shop" still in Hubbard Oh. I do not know if it is the same one though i have been there.. When i get down that way i will stop in and just ask him ..

I still have to check to see if any of this works. But I like that it came with the sales brochure too. with the options for everything else that's available.











When this came out it was $199 for this model and tells me all the information about it.







Looks like it made it all the way here from Ohio to south florida!

I saw a guy swinging one of those at Pismo Beach, in central California a few years back, he said it worked great! Good luck!

I found one of those in bad condition once at a garage sale ... no paperwork, no head phones... yours is "pristine" ... sold the one I had to a collector for 60 prolly 7 years ago.
