I went to my one place today and got some scrap but nothing worth showing. Then I went to a Nother store that I have not been to since before Christmas. I go in and everything in the store is half off except for one case 75% off. And obviously they mark their stuff higher so that they can run the discount but I wanted to see if there was anything worth buying. I spent $80 every piece is signed. And one of them should sell for about $150. And then a bonus...

The lady said it seems like I know what I'm doing and asked if I would like to fill out my application to work there part time... Like 3 days a week. Ok!! Sounds good!

So I'm going to fill out an application as well he take it back on Monday. But they are basically in cash for gold store and they sell a lot of sterling silver jewelry. I would love to work there part time. Their inventory is awesome! Not to mention I would love to be able to learn the stuff a little bit better as well !

The sorority pin is gold filled from 1929. I'm not sure how much to ask for that but I'm going to start around $75 I think.

I forgot about these ones as well. Two bags at the thrift store one for $299 and the other one for a $1.99.

I really like the bank I wish it had the key but maybe I can find one infact I probably have one somewhere. In the other bag was six of these tie clips. Flipped them over and they're signed and marked Sterling.

Then there was three of these and I have no idea what they are. I don't know if it's a jewelers Anvil type thing for jewelry repair or what.

Nice finds on the jewelry. I sold two of those "shrinking dollar" paperweights at my last yard sale. I don't know what the brass (paperweight) thing is, especially if it is a solid one piece thing. It is isn't it?

Nice finds. Me and my wife spend alot of time at the thrift shops and indoor flea markets this time of year. Pa. is frozen for the next 4 months so picking helps LOL. Thanks for sharing.

I don't know I'm from Erie PA and my family tells me it will be frozen for the next eight months! At least that's what it seems like!!

And yes that brass thing is solid I have no idea what it could possibly be except for maybe a paperweight? I'm probably just going to throw them in the scrap bucket though I don't know what else to do with it.
